Not that intuitive, but works great.

This app does just what it says it does and simply works well. However, it lacks instructions. We are simply told to "open the intuitive interface" which is not all that intuitive. Some guesswork and trial and error will lead you to the "Open in.." function of your PDF reader and you will then choose "PDF Merger." Its easy after that.
